A progessive, succesfull real estate bank. Before ‘Bouwfonds Property Finance’. A new name and a new introduction of the brand in the financial real estate market. The assignment was to create a new and sharp rebranding on corporate level for internal and external communications.
‘Think, dare, finance’. In these 3 words the new corporate proposition is set out. It also reflects the challenge felt on internal and external communication level that is part the company’s daily business. The execution of the concept had to be state of the art, aimed at chique and stature.
Having a strong business to business target group this real estate finance bank has a high
corporate profile in the real estate finance business.
Solar Initiative was assigned to create a new highly visible typographic identity, an ad campaign aimed at high profile financial magazines and papers and a new corporate brochure reflecting the company’s new positioning and corporate values. We used the combination of colourfull,
elegant typography in combination with outstanding photography of real estate, executed by
a photographer specialized in architecture & arts photography. This resulted in a strong and
distinguished corporate identity meeting the company’s demands to translate its corporate values into their in en external communication tools.
The introduction of the brand started out with a national campaign in leading financial papers and magazines, together with the launch of the new corporate brochure for its stakeholders and
real estate clients.
